North West Sydney & North Shore Sydney Multiple Birth Associations have received funding from Volunteer Grants 2022-23 to run Accidental Counsellor training to give our volunteers and members the tools and confidence when supporting other member families.
What will you learn?:
The Accidental Counsellor training will help you manage your own wellbeing and self care so you can be in the best position to listen and connect to the people you may encounter needing support.

Who is this course for?:
This course is available to all member families of NWSMBA and NSSMBA; those that currently, previously or intend to volunteer with the club will be prioritised. It is aimed primarily for those contributing to or attending social activities with the club where you may benefit from being able to support another member family through conversation within that moment. What is the commitment?:
Register to join the facilitator-led virtual training on Thursday 15 February 2024, 6pm - 9pm. You will also gain access to over 70+ self-paced online mental health and wellbeing courses for 12 months. Places are limited - register now!
